Subject: Trouble ahead..Trouble behind
I have fond memories of Merriwether and this show..It was such a nice place to see the band..I remember hanging out in lawn before the show enjoying the beautiful summer day and preparing for the start of the show..what I was not prepared for was the Casey Jones opener >THE PLACE WENT NUTZ!!!!!!! The Althea and Mighty Swell stood out in the first set for me..A nice China>Rider to start the 2nd set followed by a snappy Woman R Smarter and Bobby leads us into the song by saying " Same old story..It's sad and it's true..If you don't know it..I got one for you " I've mentioned in my reviews before how I loved the way Brent sounded in 84' very distinct and trippy..solid on through till the encore..I'm just not a fan of Day Job so please..GIVE IT A WHIRL>Forever Grateful>Forever Dead!!!!!
